An Uber Sized Lifestyle. Adhiraj Codename Capital City is a state-of-the-art residential township being constructed in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

Armed with a bunch of unique USPs, the project is targeted at home buyers looking to settle in the developing hub of Navi Mumbai. Antigravity started its association with this brand right at the cusp of a new project launch within the township.


The basic strategy deployed was to raise curiosity in the mind of the viewer with short teaser videos, bringing them to the landing pages. These leads were then further targeted with videos that package in the information, using hook lines like - "5 Reasons to invest in Kharghar" / "5 Reasons to buy a home at ACCK".

When people talk about you, it becomes a social proof. With this in mind Antigravity thought of capturing endearing testimonials of real home-owners at ACCK. The emotion being bang-on, helped push numerous clients to take a decision. For brand building purpose, we are currently working on videos talking about the "Making of ACCK".

Utilizing a series of shareable video ad units for both performance and brand-building purposes, the campaign was bolstered by an aggressive, targeted media spend aimed at increasing visibility and driving new visitors to the brand's website.
